As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Champions ABA - MA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders. Reporting to our dynamic team in Hyannis, MA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home and community-based settings, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
• Implement behavioral intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, adhering to ABA industry standards and company protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBA supervisors, to ensure consistent and effective treatment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

• Completed RBT training program and certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) or currently pursuing a degree
• 0 years of experience as an RBT; willing to learn and grow with our organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and families
