The Barnstable County Ameri Corps Cape Cod (BCACC) program is accepting applications for full-time, live-in Program Supervisors; position will supervise activities of up to 20 Ameri Corps members; oversee conservation projects and partnerships with local nonprofit and government organizations; develop and facilitate trainings. Work is performed in close communication and cooperation with other program staff, community service partners, and volunteers.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree:
Environmental Science, Social/Community Services, and/or related field preferred - One year of direct service preferred
- Project supervision, team leadership or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous Ameri Corps or other national service experience and previous supervisory experience preferred
Salary: $35,000/year plus housing and generous benefits packet. New hire must live in program provided residence with members they supervise. Position contingent on continued grant funding. Position start date is September 1, 2026.
