Continuum Hospice is currently hiring per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide patient care in and around the Barnstable area. LPNs will deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, following the plan of care and collaborating with the care team to help achieve positive patient outcomes.
Schedule:
Every Other Weekend, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
