Full-time, Permanent Position

Travel Specialists engage customers with our travel services and products (i.e., travel supplies, luggage) to facilitate a smoother travel experience. They assist customers through TSA Precheck, passport photos, and by initiating background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. Services offered vary by store. Hiring immediately and training provided.

• Provide travel government or TSA-related consumer sales for identity-related products and services.
• Engage customers with comprehensive travel solutions, including product sales such as luggage.
• Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience.
• Present products and solutions that drive sales while keeping the customer’s needs in mind.
• Verify customer identity, scan required documents into the database system, and take passport photos.
• Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric data capture processes, and required paperwork.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
• Support other areas of the store during the 8‑10 week onboarding period.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store.

• 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs; this role usually has a consistent schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience operating a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment.
• At least 1 year of customer service–related experience.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
• Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10‑50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
