Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations. Activities include increasing sales, conversions, service, and engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Deliver an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions to every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas.
• Champion company initiatives, adapt to change, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Remain available and foster an engaging environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Observe and coach team behaviors to win, deliver great customer service, and achieve results through role play and feedback.

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Strong ability to engage customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching or supervising a team.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Conflict resolution skills: reasonable, nonconfrontational, cooperative.
• Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information.
• Physical capability to lift/move 10‑50 pounds, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
