Home Works Energy is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise a 1-2 install team and ensure insulation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. You will lead, guide, and support the crew while actively participating in installation tasks.
The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and adherence to safety protocols. Overtime opportunities are available, and training is provided to develop Mass Save certifications.
