Residential Plumbing Service Technician

Resource Options is partnering with a leading plumbing, heating, and cooling company on Cape Cod in their search for a Residential Plumbing Service Technician. This position focuses on residential service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. If you enjoy a strong family-owned culture, working independently while being supported by a great team, we’d like to hear from you!

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, water piping, waste piping, and related systems
• Communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners
• Complete service reports and required documentation
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with water heaters, fixture replacement, leak repairs, drain systems, and residential plumbing installations
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay Range: $35.00/hr.

- $50.00/hr.
