We are looking for a new Home Manager, to join our management team, and to run a 5 bed children’s home in Barnstaple.

• Home Managers who are wanting to really make a difference in the lives of looked after children, and are given funds and freedom to be imaginative, challenging and aspirational.
• Home Managers who are organised and on top of the paperwork requirements necessary to run a children’s home, with provided software and hardware to complete the paperwork in a timely and flexible manner, plus senior managers to help ensure that “Ofsted ready” is a permanent status.
• Home Managers that are true leaders of their team, offered training opportunities, team building and bonding activities, and an HR department that is knowledgeable and responsive.

• At least two years experience at a senior level within a residential children’s home (required).
• Level 5 Diploma Children and Family Practitioner or relevant equivalent (required);
  Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred).
• Senior Support Worker: 2 years (required).
• Successful Ofsted fit person interview.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: £42,000.00‑£48,000.00 per year
