Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Barnstaple
.

The Role

As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education and support to young children. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
  • Supporting children's emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Working effectively as part of a professional nursery team.
  • Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
    .
  • Have a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Be caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be committed to providing high-quality care and education.
  • Have previous experience within an early years or nursery setting.
