• Staff Supervision
  - Manage and oversee the public area cleaning staff.
• Conduct daily briefings to assign tasks and address concerns.
• Quality Control
  - Inspect all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Guest Service
  - Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests regarding public areas, ensure public areas are always guest-ready, especially during peak hours.
• Inventory and Supplies
  - Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, toiletries, and equipment for public areas and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
• Coordination with Other Departments
  - Work with maintenance to address issues such as broken fixtures, lighting, or plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
