If you're a Spa Manager ready for a bigger stage, this could be the move.
I'm working with a coastal resort hotel in North Devon whose spa has everything you'd want to work with: a thermal suite, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym and a full wellbeing programme, with hotel guests, members and day visitors all year round.
They're looking for someone to make the spa their own. You'd have the freedom to shape how it runs, from revenue and retail to the treatment menu and the guest experience, with the support of an established hotel group behind you. You'd lead a team of therapists, receptionists and attendants, and on busy days you'd be happy to pick up a treatment alongside them.
And if you're moving to North Devon for the right role, live-in accommodation is available to help you settle in.
You'll feel at home here if you- Have managed a spa, ideally in a hotel or resort
- Hold a Level 3 in Beauty or Spa Therapy, or equivalent
- Enjoy the commercial side and like seeing your ideas show up in the figures
- Care about building a team people want to stay in
- Are comfortable with pool and thermal compliance
A salary of £45,000 plus tips, a pension, live-in accommodation if you're relocating, and real room to progress within a well-regarded South West hotel group.
I handle every search personally and in confidence, and I'll share the hotel's name once we've spoken. There's no pressure, just an honest conversation about whether it's right for you.
