Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.Help Keep Education Programs Running Smoothly Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an administrative role where your work directly supports students and educators?
Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Education to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Education Director and the education team. In this role, you’ll help keep student records organized, support education-related compliance requirements, coordinate important documents and meetings, and ensure the day-to-day business of the education program runs efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the Education Director and education leadership team.
Maintain student education records, databases, calendars, files, and required documentation.
Prepare report cards, progress reports, transcripts, discharge materials, and other educational documents.
Support IEP/ISP, Title I, state testing, DESE licensing, and other compliance-related activities.
Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, take meeting minutes, and distribute communications.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and routine administrative materials.
Manage office supplies, mail, equipment, and conference room scheduling.
Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide receptionist coverage as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information professionally.
Complete other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

High School Diploma/GED/Hi Set Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1 – 3 years of related experience
