Seeking two certified educators, including guidance, special education teachers and other student support staff, to work collaboratively to develop a leadership training program and implement the program with groups of students on the following goals:
* Leadership
* Self Advocacy
* Communication
* Reflective Practice
* Peer coaching and feedback
* Future planning
Responsibility:
* Program development
* Implementation
* Analysis of Impact
* Training and evaluation of student leaders
* Ongoing coaching and feedback
$40/hour up to and not to exceed 20 hours beyond the school day.
These are internal positions which are grant funded by an Innovation Pathway Grant. Grant Code 0419.
