We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a supportive, collaborative program serving at‑risk youth. This position is ideal for licensed Massachusetts teachers and aspiring educators working toward licensure, who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in a structured, relationship‑based learning environment.

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and individual student needs
• Design and implement differentiated, hands‑on instructional strategies
• Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in Individual Service Plan (ISP) meetings and team collaboration
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Create and maintain a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement behavior support strategies in collaboration with team members
• Supervise students to ensure safety and consistency throughout the school day

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Bachelor degree preferred)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities (at least 3 years preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer‑based systems (IEP platforms, Microsoft Office, reporting tools)
• Valid driver’s license
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required

Full‑time

$59,980 to $75,730 per year
