The school is an alternative education program in Barre, MA serving approximately 30 high school students. • Deliver subject-area instruction (Math, ELA, or History) to high school students in small-group settings of up to 8 students.
• Adapt lesson plans and delivery methods to meet individual student learning levels and pacing.
• Rotate between classrooms while maintaining a structured, consistent learning environment.
• Collaborate with an experienced team of educators, including Master-level teachers with 25–30+ years of experience.
• Support students in an alternative education model designed to replicate the public school experience at an individualized pace.
