In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced, licensed clinicians in a supportive environment where learning and professional growth are prioritized. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your clinical voice and confidence.

• Hands‑on clinical experience in a supportive setting
• Supervision and mentorship from licensed professionals
• Exposure to diverse client populations and treatment approaches
• Skill development in assessment, counseling, and documentation
• Insight into team‑based, trauma‑informed care

• Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling under supervision
• Conduct client intakes, assessments, and help develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Assist with case management, including connecting clients to community resources
• Support clients in reaching goals related to mental health, wellness, and stability
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma‑informed care
• Ability to maintain professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality

• Current enrollment in an accredited Master’s program (Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field)
• Eligibility for academic credit or field placement
• Valid driver’s license (Class C or
  
  D)
