join adidas and help ensure every product arrives where it matters most the hands of our consumers. In this role you will turn data into decisions, lead vendor partners, and orchestrate daily operations so our stores ecommerce and wholesale teams deliver seamless experiences.

role purpose

you will manage the performance of our distribution operations with a clear consumer focus, align demand and capacity, guide our vendor partner, lead cost and inventory accuracy targets, and translate insights into action. You will collaborate across supply chain, planning, order fulfillment, transportation, customs, it, finance, and commercial teams to keep product flowing with quality speed and reliability.

  • manage end to end order flow for stores ecommerce and wholesale
  • plan inbound and outbound volumes to align staffing with demand
  • turn performance data into clear actions and share transparent reporting
  • partner across supply chain it finance and vendors to keep product moving
  • lead cost stewardship and continuous improvement to scale quality speed and accuracy
  • safeguard inventory accuracy and system integrity across wms and sap

  • keep consumer needs at the center of daily decisions
  • secure on shelf availability and fast delivery that supports store processes
  • learn adidas product to prioritize flows that support seasonal stories
  • enable visual merchandising through the right product in the right place at the right time
  • use market insights to adjust plans quickly and remove barriers for the team

  • clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams
your experience

bachelors degree in supply chain logistics operations or related field or equivalent experience. Five or more years leading end to end distribution operations across retail wholesale or direct to consumer environments including experience with large scale vendor or third party logistics relationships.
