• Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners
• Help users reset passwords and related application activity
• Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies
• Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• Good verbal communication
• Cheerful and helpful attitude Dependable and punctual engagement
• Data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple screens during a call What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
• Experience working with tablet software
• Experience with printer hardware
