Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and creative English and Social Studies teacher to work with a co‑teacher in our Phoenix Program. The Phoenix Program is an alternative educational pathway that prioritizes juniors and seniors, allowing students to learn in a smaller setting with a flexible schedule and individualized education. The role may also include opportunities for credit recovery for students who did not earn credit in a course because they missed one or two standards.
Qualifications- Valid Vermont Educator’s License (7-12 English and Social Studies) or eligibility for Vermont licensure.
- Experience in proficiency‑based instruction and assessment.
- Familiarity with Infinite Campus or willingness to learn.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Salary: $45,265 to $85,438 per year (FY25/26)
