What You’ll Do:
Learn, Build, and Make a Difference

You’ll work on real projects that improve roads and highways using modern tools like GPS, 3D scanning, and CAD. Every day brings something new—both in the office and in the field.

• Help scan and survey roads and infrastructure
• Assist in creating maps, models, and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D/other
• Learn how to process data from cutting-edge tools like mobile mapping systems, and other instruments
• Use GPS (GNSS) tech to support big construction projects
• Read and understand construction plans and measurements

What We’re Looking For: A Great Attitude and Willingness to Learn

• Some experience in construction, surveying, or trades is helpful, but not required
• Eager to learn CAD software and new technology
• Comfortable using computers and basic digital tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work as part of a team
• Safety-conscious and dependable
