Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience.
- Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
- 3 months of experience with McKesson is preferred from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).
- Local & travel allowed.
- No current placement allowed at Program:
Medefis Program - Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (Non-MSP - VMS).
