Weekend RN – Home Health FT
Schedule:
Thursday to Monday

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, goal‑oriented nursing care following the nursing process in accordance with physician orders.
- Serve as Case Manager when acting as the lead discipline.
Shift: Days – Thursdays to Mondays
