Certified Nursing Assistant

Barre, VT 05641

Duration: 13 Weeks

Work Schedule:

Day Shift (Primarily 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Obtain and document vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics and lifting equipment when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Point Click Care  (PCC).
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active CNA Certification for VT state
• Previous travel assignment experience preferred.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, flexible, and willing to work overtime when available.
