Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available - $3,000 Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at Berlin Health & Rehabilitation Center in Barre, Vermont. As a LNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Responsibilities- Provides for ADL's by assisting with serving meals and feeding patients as necessary, ambulating, turning, and positioning patients
- Administration of physical care, including baths, hair care, oral care, back care, elimination care, etc.
- Admission, discharge, and transfer of patients
- Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output information
- Perform routine perineal area and incontinence care
- Observe and report any changes in patient's general condition
- Maintain a neat and safe patient environment
- Complete documentation daily and accurately on required forms
- Flexibility in accepting different assignments
- Current unencumbered State of Vermont LNA License
- Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Nurse(s), and Staff
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English Language
- Critical thinking skills
- The ability to handle different situations with tact
