Merchandiser Compensation Pay Range
$14.42 - $20.40 per hour.
Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums paid at hourly rates under specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions- Greet customers on the sales floor, assisting them in locating merchandise and directing them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
- Check out customers, process returns, and deter shoplifters.
- Clock in and out according to company policy.
- Keep the front area stocked, fronted, and clean, stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays, and completing sales preparation.
- Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, and ensure all “sale” signs and sale merchandise are in place and properly priced.
- Remove sale material when a sale ends and restore original pricing.
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
- Work with the manager to complete the Store To Do List and team weekly tasks.
- Act as the main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
- Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
- When the express lane is not in use and the counter is busy, help customers finish tickets and process payments.
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
