Pay Range - $25.00 - $40.00/hour based on experience

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot oil and propane‑fired boilers, furnaces, water heaters, and oil tanks
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems that occur by reviewing diagnostics and using the proper tools to complete repairs
• Provide final inspections of systems once repairs are completed to ensure all equipment is operating safely
• Complete appropriate daily paperwork for each service call
• Maintain daily and yearly inventory
• Ensure the service truck is in good working order and reliable
• Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance departmental productivity
• Rotational on‑call evenings and weekends

• Ability to work well with others; good organization and communication skills, attention to detail and strong customer service
• Frequent driving, climbing in and out of vehicle, working in confined spaces, heavy lifting and ability to work at heights ranging up to 50 ft
• Ability to install various types of heating equipment
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines
• Strong decision‑making skills

• A valid Propane or natural gas license. Nora Certification is an asset
• Knowledge of wiring and plumbing is required
• Heating technician experience considered an asset
