Compensation
Pay Range: $14.01 - $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Responsibilities- Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution center.
- Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, deliver to appropriate store, and maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
- Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure; manage vehicle maintenance, fuel levels and lock the vehicle at end of day.
- Follow accident report guidelines and report any vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager.
- Ensure designated team member verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest at each store.
- Deliver deliveries according to set schedule and report any delays to city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores on route.
- Project professional and personable image, maintain good customer relations, and communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
- Clock in/out according to company policy and check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
- Fluency in multiple languages is desired;
Spanish is highly desired.
