Position: Seasonal Fuel Delivery Driver (Sign on Bonus)

As a Seasonal Fuel Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Irving Energy customers in a safety‑focused environment. Your success will depend on your ability to adhere to daily routes, load the fuel truck, and complete pre‑and post‑trip inspections while maintaining all Department of Transportation regulations and procedures.

  • Pay Range – $28.50 – $34.50 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities
  • Drive a delivery truck while adhering to all DOT regulations and procedures
  • Work with Dispatch to deliver products to residential and commercial customers
  • Follow a daily route using knowledge of geography, routes, zones, and streets
  • Load the truck with required product while adhering to all safety policies and procedures at loading sites/bulk plants
  • Complete daily shift reports, pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and required paperwork
  • Provide courteous, professional service to customers during each delivery
Skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
  • Strong safety focus
Experience
  • Valid CDL Class A or Class B Driver’s License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial transportation experience
  • Experience with liquid loads is an asset
Education & Certifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
