Experienced Carpenter

Position: Experienced Carpenter Needed
3R’s Construction & Renovation Ltd. is hiring an experienced carpenter in Barrhead, Alberta for various construction projects, including renovations and new builds. Ideal for candidates with a passion for quality carpentry.

In this role, you will join a skilled team at 3R’s Construction, leveraging 2-3 years of experience in carpentry and general building. Your responsibilities will include measuring and joining materials, installing trim and siding, and ensuring compliance with building codes. Candidates should exhibit critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprint specifications and prepare layouts

• Assemble and install various wood and metal products

• Fit trim, moulding, and roofing systems

• Supervise apprentices and coordinate with team members

• Apply waterproof coatings and metal flashings

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of carpentry work experience

• Trade certificate in carpentry preferred

• Strong mechanical and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively

• Valid driver's license required for site visits
