We are hiring an Administrative Clerk to join our client's team in Orillia, ON.
Previous work experience in an administrative role within the LTL Transportation/Logistics industry and experience with WMSs are required.
Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $/hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Order entry
- POD
- BOLs
- Run sheets
- Answering phone calls
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
- Experience with WMS systems - Truck Master/SAP
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong customer service/phone call skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work full-time in Orillia, ON
