The Seasonal Quality Assurance Assistant will support district systems in maintaining quality assurance systems within the framework of established policies and procedures according to the unique need of the Central District. Under the direction of the Service Standards Manager, the Seasonal Quality Assurance Assistant will assist in communicating organizational policies, service and quality standards, and information in the district and assist the district office with day-to-day tasks and assigned projects.

Requirements of the Canada Summer Jobs Program for this position:

• The candidate will work 30 hours a week for approximately 11-16 weeks.
