About the RoleThis is a mix of work general office support, workflow improvement's & AI-related. Some days you’ll be helping with new tools and improving how we do things, other days it’s making sure the day-to-day stuff runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who’s flexible, organized, and comfortable figuring things out.
What You’ll Be Doing- Helping with AI-related tasks like research and improving workflows
- Supporting day-to-day office tasks and admin work
- Keeping things organized (files, processes, parts processing, etc.)
- Communicating with the team and helping keep projects on track
- Looking for ways to make things more efficient using tech
- You’ll be part of a small team where your work actually matters
- Opportunity to learn and work with AI tools
- Room to grow as the company grows and be a key player in that growth
