Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with new staff orientations and administrative support
• Handle office inquiries and receptionist duties
• Coordinate bookings for staff, clients, and contractors
• Manage office vendors and maintenance tasks
• Support with Adobe Sign and EMHware
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or relevant experience
• At least 5 years in an office environment
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
