Position: Health Services Scheduling Coordinator Role

As a Scheduling Coordinator reporting to the Manager of Staffing and Scheduling, you will develop master schedules that cater to employee and client needs, while ensuring accurate timekeeping in line with agency practices. You will play a crucial role in daily schedule management, adapting to changes as necessary. This position requires availability for non-traditional hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive employee and client schedules

• Manage and adjust staffing resources as needed

• Maintain precise timekeeping records for payroll purposes

• Use Goldcare database for scheduling efficiency

• Actively communicate and resolve any scheduling conflicts

Requirements:

• Preferred post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years relevant experience in scheduling

• Proficiency with scheduling databases

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to community support
