This role is critical in providing clerical and administrative support for the Program at Mackenzie Health. A valid Secretarial or Office Administration certificate and experience with clinic billing and intakes are required. The position calls for strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as proficiency in various computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception activities including answering phones
• Welcome patients as they arrive for services
• Compile and prepare necessary billing statements
• Perform filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks
• Uphold safety and quality standards in interactions
Requirements:
• Certificate from a recognized Office Administration program
• Billing and intake experience for multiple clinics
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
