Support the vital functions of Mackenzie Health as a Clerk Typist Receptionist in Barrie.
Your role will focus on reception duties and crucial administrative support.
As part of the Program, you will provide essential clerical support, including answering phones and welcoming patients. A background in Office Administration and experience in billing/intake processes are key to thriving in this role. Strong communication and organizational skills will help you excel while working with a diverse set of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle reception duties and answer incoming calls
• Greet patients during their check-in process
• Compile statistics and manage billing statements
• Maintain efficient file organization and photocopying
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a supportive environment
Requirements:
• Secretarial certificate or equivalent experience required
• Experience with clinic billing and patient intakes
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks effectively
