Position: Fall 2026 Student in Procurement

Join the County's PF&P Department as a Fall 2026 Procurement, Fleet, and Property Student in Midhurst, Ontario. This role involves supporting important administrative functions to ensure efficient operations within the department.
Located at the County's Administration Centre, this temporary, full-time position includes responsibilities such as assisting with procurement tasks and records management. You'll engage in KPI data collection and provide clerical support, all under the supervision of department managers. This is a fantastic chance to immerse yourself in valuable operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with research and general administrative tasks

• Conduct data entry and inventory record updates

• Support KPI data gathering and reporting tasks

• Coverage for customer service desk during lunch

• Provide clerical assistance including filing and correspondence
Requirements:

• Registered full-time post-secondary student returning to school

• Strong adaptability to changing priorities

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Valid Class G license required with vehicle access

• Prior office and SAP experience is an asset
