Become an essential part of Body ’n Balance Physio & Wellness in Wasaga Beach, ON, as a Part-Time Clinic Administrative Assistant. This role involves managing patient appointments, billing, and providing excellent customer service.

You will handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling, billing processes, and maintaining patient records.

Your role supports both administrative tasks and direct patient assistance in a warm and professional environment. This part-time, permanent position offers flexibility in scheduling, with available weekday shifts to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently

• Process billing, payments, and insurance submissions

• Maintain accurate patient records through filing and scanning

• Welcome patients warmly and assist with their needs

• Monitor and restock clinic supplies as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills a must

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and new software

• Ability to perform light cleaning duties
