Overview

As a Branch Administrator, you will oversee day-to-day operations crucial for achieving corporate objectives.
Your role includes managing compliance, assisting with recruitment, and implementing training initiatives. You will also engage with agents to facilitate their onboarding and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Respond to general inquiries and manage paperwork
Handle deposits and banking transactions for agents
Assist with agent profiles in Broker Bay and Lone Wolf
Prepare and manage recruiting packages for new agents
Ensure timely payment of dues and registrations
Qualifications
5+ years experience in residential real estate preferred
Familiarity with Lone Wolf and Broker Bay software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for customer service
