Your role at DMI focuses on enhancing operations within the Early Intervention, Disability Claims, and Claims Support Services departments. This position encompasses monitoring communication channels, organizing client files, and maintaining meticulous data entry across various systems. To thrive here, you must exhibit strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor administrative emails and faxes consistently
• Determine proper file locations for new clients
• Review incoming information for accuracy and completeness
• Verify client insurance coverage for new files
• Enter and chart documentation accurately in the system
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in health or insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Administrative Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and efficient working style
• Excellent communication skills in all interactions
