As an Administrative Assistant reporting to the Administrative Manager, you will engage in diverse tasks that support the Simcoe program. Responsibilities include setting up meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with PPE inventory. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide orientation support for new staff
• Serve as the front desk receptionist and handle inquiries
• Schedule bookings for personnel and contractors
• Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors
• Manage correspondence and Adobe Sign communications
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in an office setting
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and self-motivation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
