Qualifications
Required:
Grade 12 diploma. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills combined with strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Detail oriented with strong clerical, organization, accuracy and coping skills. Able to problem solve, apply policies and procedures and work within deadlines. Strong computer skills; proficiency working with databases and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook.
Advanced word-processing skills and website maintenance experience. A reliable vehicle is required to work between sites; mileage reimbursable at the board established rate.
Preferred:
Experience with accounting systems (i.e. JD Edwards) and knowledge of basic accounting principles. Previous experience in a business environment is an asset.
