Position: Part-Time Campus Assistant at Georgian College

Be the face of Georgian College as a Campus Assistant in Midland. Deliver frontline customer service, handle inquiries, and support academic operations in this part-time role.

This part-time position at Georgian College requires a motivated individual with excellent customer service and organizational skills. You will manage calendars, assist with office logistics, and coordinate campus events.

Your role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the Midland Campus, requiring multitasking, conflict resolution, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as first contact for inquiries via walk-ins, email, and phone

• Manage office logistics including mail sorting and filing systems

• Coordinate parking passes and registrations for part-time students

• Organize campus events and booking logistics

• Support the Apprenticeship program with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Completed a one-year postsecondary certificate in a relevant field

• Two years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
