SummaryThe Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are effectively managed while supporting key business initiatives and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and priorities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
- Act as a gatekeeper for incoming communications and requests
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and executive materials
- Track key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across departments
- Assist with board materials and executive reporting as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all business and personnel matters
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
- 3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in franchising, hospitality, or multi-unit environments is an asset
