The Office Technician Warehouse Administrator provides office and administrative support to the Distribution Service Center (DSC) and Contract Transportation Services (CTS). This role supports warehouse operations through coordination of scheduling, inventory control, reporting, billing and customer service while ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in all documentation and processes.

Additional Information

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Flexibility will be required

10% Travel

This role will be based out of our Barrie Distribution Centre starting on or around August 1, 2026. Prior to this date, the role will be based at our Mississauga Distribution Centre. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to Mississauga.

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors

  • Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have basic computer proficiency and ability to use standard office systems
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience in a distribution, manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience in shipping / receiving, inventory control, accounting or payroll
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Have flexibility to cross-train into other office positions
