Fleet and Property Student Internship

Location: Midhurst

Embark on a rewarding internship as a Procurement, Fleet, and Property Student with the County’s PF&P Department in Midhurst, Ontario, for Fall 2026.

Your role encompasses vital administrative tasks to aid departmental operations.

This full-time, temporary position based at the County's Administration Centre involves providing support in procurement, asset management, and customer service. You'll conduct research, manage records, and assist with data-driven reports, ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently during your term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform research and handle administrative inquiries

• Enter data accurately and manage inventory records

• Collect data for KPI reporting and performance analysis

• Provide clerical support: filing, photocopying, and correspondence

• Cover customer service desk during absences

Requirements:

• Must be a registered full-time post-secondary student

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid Class G license and vehicle access

• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred
