In this position, reporting directly to the Administrative Manager, you will handle a range of duties necessary for smooth operations ponsibilities include managing new referrals, coordinating office maintenance, and providing EMHware support. Your expertise will be valuable in creating a positive environment for staff and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate administrative orientation for newly hired staff
• Serve as receptionist and manage operational inquiries
• Handle booking for staff, clients, and contract meetings
• Coordinate with vendors on office needs and technology setups
• Support clinicians with document management through Adobe Sign
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of office experience required
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
• Proficient in office applications, including advanced Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
