Elevate tenant satisfaction as a Community Manager in Collingwood, Ontario. Manage operations, provide exceptional service, and build a vibrant community in this full-time role.
In this position, you will oversee in-office operations for residential properties. Your responsibilities will include advertising available units, managing rental inquiries, and ensuring tenant satisfaction through excellent service. You'll also coordinate maintenance, handle administrative tasks, and engage with tenants to foster a strong community spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advertise and show available rental units to prospects
• Address tenant concerns promptly within 24 hours
• Plan and execute tenant engagement community events
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications
• Conduct fire safety inspections and maintain logbooks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field
• Minimum two years of office administration experience
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Strong computer skills in Word and Excel
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
