We are seeking a highly capable, proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to strategically partner with a dynamic, fast‑moving entrepreneur. This is not a traditional administrative role; this is a high‑ownership, high‑exposure position at the center of strategic decision making. The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, actively anticipates needs before they arise and acts as a trusted partner supporting peak effectiveness across multi‑site operations.
Responsibilities- Manage complex and ever‑changing calendars across several business units
- Coordinate travel, meetings and events with precision and foresight
- Prepare materials for meetings including agendas, briefing notes and follow‑ups
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
- Establish systems and processes to drive organizational efficiency across several businesses
- Toggle between personal and professional priorities in order to optimize and maximize time management
- Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information
- Be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and third‑party contacts
- Be detail oriented and thrive in chaos with the ability to prioritize while introducing structure and process
- Perform well in rapid‑paced environments with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism
- Enjoy building, improving and solving problems
This opportunity offers growth in operations, strategy and leadership positions over time and will include a competitive compensation package.
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
