We move equipment, build trust, and keep operations rolling for customers who count on us every single day. To keep up with demand, we’re looking for a Rental Coordinator who’s ready to plug in, take ownership, and grow right alongside us.

As our next Rental Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our rental and parking operations. You’ll partner closely with our General Manager to keep the right trailers and containers in the right hands at the right time — from the first customer call to the final inspection. It’s a role with real impact, real autonomy, and a front-row seat to a growing company.

• Owning the rental experience from inquiry to return — quotes, agreements, dispatch, and follow-up
• Working hand-in-hand with the General Manager on customer pricing and rental strategy
• Listening to customers and matching them with the perfect trailer or container solution
• Coordinating high-demand requests and scheduling drivers so deliveries hit on time, every time
• Keeping rock-solid records of trailer allocations, movements, and condition
• Conducting on- and off-rent inspections, capturing photos, and documenting damage for bill-back
• Setting up new customer accounts in partnership with our compliance team
• Staying sharp on competitor activity, market rates, and new service offerings
• Pitching in on light trailer prep — decals, painting, and the small touches that make us look great
• Building the kind of customer relationships that keep people coming back

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–3 years of direct customer-facing experience
• Outstanding people skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with customers and teammates
• Sharp problem-solving instincts and a habit of following through until things are done right
• Top-notch organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Comfort with Microsoft Office — especially Word and Excel
• The flexibility to keep pace in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment
• A positive, dependable, team-first, can-do attitude (this one matters most)

• Competitive salary: $58,000 - $64,000 per year
